Everytime I have gone to Namco Westbrook, ME I have been greeted with a smile. I just went this weekend and Erik was very helpful as I had called before going in and he must have answered the phone because as I was searching for my vacuum part Erik brought me the piece. The store is always organized and clean as well. I highly recommend Namco
