We accept returns, provide refunds, or exchanges at all retail stores. Items must be unopened and in new condition returned within 30 days from receipt of product. See below for more information. *Exclusions apply.

Return Policy

Please note the following, which specifies our return policy.

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost or for returning to one of our Namco stores.
  • Products must be in new condition and sealed in it's original packaging.
  • Return purchases without original store receipts will be issued a store credit for equal value. ​
  • We provide refunds or exchanges on most unopened items sold by Namco in new condition returned within 30 days from receipt of product.

Return Policy

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

  • All special order items – including but not limited to safety covers
  • Any chemical product(s) due to safety regulations.
  • All clearance, floor model, and special-order merchandise sales are final. ​ ​
  • Gift cards, gift certificates and store credit cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, credit or check. ​ ​
  • All Clearance Patio sales are final

Restocking Fees

A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on merchandise. The restocking fee will be taxed in select states.

Like-new Condition

Items need to be returned in a like-new condition. Items that are damaged, unsanitary,
dented, scratched or missing major contents may be denied a return.
 Products must be in new condition and sealed in the original packaging. All damaged items will be inspected upon arrival to determine if a refund or replacement is necessary. ​Items should be inspected thoroughly at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied, refuse the item before signing the delivery receipt. ​Be sure to report any product defects or damages with the delivery agent. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. ​ *Other exceptions may vary.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees, labor, and services are non-refundable. ​*Other exceptions may vary.

Refund method and timing

With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item. All refunds will be credited to the credit card used at the time of purchase. ​Cash returns over $100 and checks will be refunded by mail check.  ​

Return and exchange periods

If you want to return or exchange your purchase, please know that the time period begins the day you receive your product. If you are unsure when you purchased your order, we would be more than happy to look up your order for you.

How to return a major purchase

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us. Before you accept delivery of your major purchase such as a pool or hot tub, please inspect it. If any issue exists, you may refuse delivery.

How to return an above-ground-pool
