- Namco delivery team or affiliated express delivery companies will call you and make delivery arrangements.
- Delivery teams will deliver your freight to your driveway as close to your home as possible. We encourage stowing merchandise indoors, preferably inside your garage ensuring packing material remains out of the elements and intact.
- Freight deliveries take place between 10-14 business days, depending on the location and time of the season.
- If there are any exceptions, please note it on the delivery receipt and once the driver leaves call us to let us know there is a problem at 860-590-9702. A customer service representative will walk you through the process to verify damage and get replacements.

Day of Delivery
- When the shipment is delivered, inspect it immediately for obvious signs of damage. If the packages are not intact and wrapped on a standard 4x4 shipping pallet, please compare the pieces of freight you are receiving against your sales order. Any damage should be noted on the delivery receipt BEFORE SIGNING.
- If the condition and quantity of your freight is acceptable, the driver will ask you to sign the delivery receipt.
- A signed delivery receipt with no exceptions is called a "clear delivery." Clear deliveries mean that there were no shortages or visible damage at the time of delivery.
